EXECUTIVES AND INTELLIGENCE - dr.habibullah

TALK - SHOW
by
DR.HABIBULLAH

THE IMPORTANCE OF INTELLIGENCE
IN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Knowledge is not intelligence.
Intellectuality is a substitute for intelligence.
A man of intelligence is not an intellectual.
The man who pretends to be intelligent is always
a knowledgeable person or an intellectual.
Knowledge is always uncreative,
that cannot create anyhing.
Knowledge is helpful in the business world,
because education is a good survival device.
But education is totally uncreative.
All that is created in this world is not created by great knowledge,
but intelligence.
In schools and colleges, the student's intellect is trained.
He knows, how to interpret, calculate, discuss, argue, debate
memorise, write and pass the examination.
In general, the more intellectual the man becomes,
the less intelligent he turns out to be.
An intelligent person always accepts the polarity,
because intelligence honours and accepts everything.
Intelligence is exhibited not in knowledge,
but in the eyes of the holder- a sort of radiance, light or aura.
Many top executives are great intellectuals,
but behave very unintelligently.
Intelligence means a kind of awareness, an  enlightened presence.
An intelligent person listen attentively, just like a child,
without any ideas, thoughts and biases in his mind.
When a person listen totally, attentively, in that very listening,
he knows what is truth, what is not.
The capacity to learn means intelligence.
